Bright, cozy, rooms located upstairs.  Two large bathrooms with showers located in the hallway.  All rooms have private sink and mirror; color TV, and clock radios.  Rooms with two beds have a built-in style bunk bed; twin beds are above double beds.

Shipsquarter Rooms

Unique, cedar paneled rooms located downstairs with outside entrance.  These rooms are small, measuring 8 x 12 including the bathroom with shower.  Rooms are equipped with clock radio and color TV.  The beds are bunk style with the twin bed above the double which folds down for easy access.

Larger Motel and Hotel Rooms at the Historic Inn

Rooms 1,11,12 and 22 are modest, spotless clean rooms with double beds with some having a single twin bunk above. Cable TV, clock radio and private bathrooms. Perfect for families of four or five.  

Room 20, the only suite at the Inn is a newly remodeled cozy apartment including one private bedroom with a double size bed, a twin in an alcove and one toddler bed/crib along with a double futon in the living room. Includes a dining room with table, full kitchen, private bath with tub, phone, color TV, and a nice view from the picture window. This cozy apartment is perfect for a traveling family with small children as the playground is just steps away.

Room 21 our only Deluxe Inn Room, is a spacious room with a view from the picture window. It features one queen size bed, a double futon, dining room table,  small fridge, microwave, coffeepot, TV, full private bath and private outside entrance.

The Seaside Lodge

Modern, spacious, rooms overlooking Bishop’s Beach and Kachemak Bay. Our Deluxe rooms include private bathrooms, cable TV, and clock radios. The Lodge offers an outdoor BBQ grill and a common kitchen stocked with tea & coffee. The Lodge will accommodate up to 17 people and is perfect for small Business Conferences/Meetings or family parties. Large parties may rent the entire Lodge; please call for rates.

Kachemak Cottage

This 3 room cottage consists of 2 bedrooms and a loft with 1 ½ bathrooms and may accommodate up to 8 people. The two rooms on the main level are bunk style with a twin bed above a double. A queen bed is situated in the loft. Overlooking beautiful Kachemak Bay and Bishop’s Beach, the cottage is furnished with cable TV, an outdoor BBQ grill and a common kitchen stocked with tea & coffee.

We charge your credit card for the first night of your stay at the time your reservation is made. Our cancellation policy is a seven day advance notice for a full refund less a 5% processing fee (minimum fee $5.00).

All prices are subject to change. Rates do not include the 7.5% general sales tax.
