This spacious, modern home with a view is perfect for extended-stay families relocating to Alaska. It offers 4 bedrooms including a master suite with a king size bed, one with 2 twins and two twin trundles, one with a crib and a twin and another with a queen. There is also a sitting area with a twin pullout and 2 1/2 bathrooms including master. Large families will be right at home here.
Situated just 2 miles off the New Seward Highway in Anchorage on the lower hillside, it features a beautiful view and is conveniently located 20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the zoo, and 10-15 minutes from shopping and dining.
Rates and Reservations
- $400 a night with a 3 nights minimum stay
- Rate does not include Anchorage Muncipality 12% Bed Tax
- 50% of total for a deposit to guarantee the rental.
- $500 damage deposit is required.
- Should your plans change, you must give 14 days notice for a full refund of your deposit to be considered.
- If something unforeseen comes up and you fail to cancel in the allotted time period we will make every attempt to re-rent. If we are able to re-rent the home, you will receive a refund less a 5% processing fee.
